Auckland zoneinfo fix, zdump utility

Forum member jeffrey lives in New Zealand and discovered that the daylight saving dates for Auckland are wrong. The file is /usr/share/zoneinfo/Pacific/Auckland and jeffrey found a correct file, that I have put into Dingo.

Jeffrey used a neat little utility named 'zdump' to examine the contents of the 'Auckland' file, and I have put this utility into Dingo also.

Both the 'Auckland' zoneinfo file and the 'zdump' utility are part of the 'glibc-2.6.1' package, and I have renamed the package to 'glibc-2.6.1-1'.
