New logo for puppylinux.com

May 12, 2008 — BarryK
Well, unless someone else comes up with something brilliant, it looks like it is settled...

The primary logo for puppylinux.com is a round button, with a face created by rastapax -- that face is the essential part that identifies this as a Puppy logo and other Puppy sites are using it, such as puppylinux.org.

Rastapax created the original "beach ball" button logo that I used on puppylinux.com, and afgs has now created nice ears so it doesn't look like a seal.

Feverfew has helped out with making it easy to change this logo to any desired color. Here are some of them, in 48x48 pixels:

And in 96x96 pixels:

You are welcome to use one of these along with a link to puppylinux.com.

"Excellent! While we discuss logos and websites, how about a link to your release notes from the "Latest Version" at the top of puppylinux.com?
