Home page updated

When the web browser is first started, it comes up with a home page, located at /usr/share/doc/home.htm, titled "Puppy's jumping off page".

A couple of links in this page are getting a bit dated. There was a link to the wikka latest news, which I have updated to
http://www.puppylinux.org/home/latest-news
There was a link to video tutorials at rhinoweb.org, but my understanding is that this has become outdated, so I have changed to the User Manuals:
