PPLOG fix

I noticed that a link does not work when PPLOG is run. When you start PPLOG in 4.1alpha4, there is a first-post made by me which contains a welcome message plus some web links. It also has a link to a local 'hiawatha.htm' manual page, except that the link does not work. I have edited the page so it now looks like this and the link works:

Puppy has local documentation on Hiawatha here (note: actual location is /root/httpd/hiawatha/hiawatha.htm):
