Wallpaper Setter fixed

There was a bug report for 4.1alpha6 that Nathan's Wallpaper Setter does not work. I found the reason, the absence of 'fotox'. The image viewer is now named 'fotoxx'. I created a symlink, fotox to fotoxx, and that fixed the Wallpaper Setter.
