4.1.2: RAM save interval bugfix

CatDude set the RAM save interval to nothing, as reported here:

It should be set to some value in minutes, or zero to never save.

I have modified /usr/sbin/eventmanager so this cannot happen. I also modified /sbin/pup_event_frontend_d to check for this situation and if so default to 30 minutes.

These fixes are in the 0rootfs-skeleton-412 package, that I will upload soon.
