Help page improved

The 'Help' menu entry in Puppy brings up a help page, which has a drop-down list to go to homepages of some applications. In Woof this has been restricted to only those applications that have menu entries.

Now however, there is another drop-down list of all packages builtin to the live-CD and the 'devx' file. There is a homepage for every one of these packages. The raw data that relates package name to homepage is in /root/.packages/PKGS_HOMEPAGES, a file that I introduced in this blog a week or so ago.

I have also improved the 'man' utility so it also reads /root/.packages/PKGS_HOMEPAGES.
