Firmware tarball updated

Rerwin discovered a typo in the /lib/modules/all-firmware/intel536ep.tar.gz firmware tarball in Woof-build alpha7. I have updated to the fixed tarball.

I'm not sure if I have properly synchronised to rewin's latest changes. Well, alpha9 is due very soon, so rerwin, kindly check that out.
