libcddb rolled forward

I mentioned in a recent post that the Debian and Ubuntu 'libcddb' package is missing the 'cddb_query' utility (it does get installed when you run 'make install' but the Debian developers have just dumped the utility) and also it is a very old version (2005).

I have compiled version 1.3.2 in Jaunty pup and this is now a PET package and will be used in future builds.

I have set the Debian Woof build to use the libcddb PET pkg, but it will choose the pkg from Puppy 412 (v1.3.0).
