More packages to "5" repo

I have checked out a few more and uploaded them. In each case I reran the new-and-improved 'dir2pet' script.

These are created by ttuuxx, also 'htop' created by coolpup:

Tomorrow night I'm off to Melbourne, so won't be doing any more vetting of packages for the "5" repo. Please make all submissions to WhoDo, who will become the "5" Repo Coordinator.

I intend to upload alpha9 tomorrow, before I leave. As you can see, there's not much in the puppy-5 repo yet, but good enough for evaluation purposes with the PPM.
