2.6.30 kernel released

June 11, 2009 — BarryK
It's out:

http://kernelnewbies.org/Linux_2_6_30

I will compile it. I want to build Karmic Upup, and that uses the 2.6.30 headers, which does mean that Karmic cannot really be run with an older kernel.

"clarf, there is no problem with squashfs 4.0 in 2.6.29.x, that's what we have been using in recent Woof Upup alpha builds.
