Updated 3G modem drivers

Rerwin has updated the usb_modeswitch package from 0.9.7 to 1.0.2. I think he compiled it in Puppy 4.x, so I have named the package 'usb_modeswitch-1.0.2-pup4.pet' -- I'm getting into the habit of putting a designation into the pet name to show where it was compiled. In the case of Ubuntu Jaunty, ttuuxxx and I have been using '-uj.pet'.

I have updated /etc/modules/firmware.dp.2.6.25.16 with entries for the new firmware.
