Xdialog 2.3.1-patched

Sometimes it can be remarkably difficult to find stuff in the forum. Dougal did a considerable amount of patching of the Xdialog application, and I wanted to upload the patched source to my source repo at puppylinux.com/sources.
However, I didn't have it, nor did Dougal. We thought Nathan might so I sent him a pm but no reply.

A couple of weeks ago I searched the forum, only found one patch. Today I had another go. This time I think I've nailed it. I'll put together the latest patched source and upload it.
