Keyboard layout

Continuing from the previous post, I have revised how keyboard layout is handled.

The modified scripts are 'init', 'rc.country' and 'input-wizard'.

The relevant data files are no longer in /usr/share/kbd, instead are in /lib/keymaps and /lib/consolefonts. Both of these are in the initrd, and the 'pkeys' boot parameter can now specify any layout and it will be loaded by the 'init' script.
