Upgrade for modem scripts

I previously applied upgrades from rerwin on Feb. 28, reported here:


Rerwin has posted this: modem_fix_pack_to_431-5.pet. I had previously applied '-4' PET package. However, rerwin has made it easy, with an upgrade from '-4' to '-5' PET:

modem_fix_pack_delta-4-to-5.pet
/sbin/pup_event_backend_modprobe_protect, /usr/sbin/modemprobe_erase, and some firmware tarballs.

MODULESCONFIG
Rerwin also posted about a problem with 'hso' in /etc/rc.d/MODULESCONFIG. I have made the requested changes.
