Fbpanel fixes

I have fixed the problem of the missing menu icons in Quirky 018.

It was also suggested that clicking on the clock should bring up the set date/time utility, not Osmo. Agreed, and done.

There remains the problem of the menu being too sensitive, disappearing too soon. I sent an email to the developer yesterday or the day before, but that was via a submission form at sourceforge.net and I don't know if it reached him. Today I joined the Fbpanel mail-list, so I'll post my question to that.
