gecko-mediaplayer, gnome-mplayer

I have upgraded these to versions 0.9.9.2, compiled against SeaMonkey 2.0.4.

Note that the seamonkey_DEV package needed a bit of hacking to get gecko-mediaplayer (SeaMonkey plugin) to compile against it. I have modified the seamonkey_DEV PET package accordingly.
