Puppy Package Manager bugfix

In Lupu (Lucid Puppy), when PPM is first started a radiobutton shows 'puppy-woof' as the selected repository, 'desktop' category, however the package list for 'ubuntu-lucid-main' repository 'desktop' category is displayed.

I have fixed this.
