Spup: acpid 1.0.8-20100603

I left the acpid PET package out of Spup 0.3, as I was wondering if it might be having some "side effects". Anyway, I have decided to put it back for Spup 0.4. This PET was created by shinobar for Japanese Puppy.

What has prompted me to do this, is coolpup asked why nothing happens when the laptop lid is closed. Well, now that should be fixed.
