Wary: mtPaint: gif: fixed

In Wary 0.6, mtPaint cannot open or export GIF files. I don't now how this happened, it somehow got compiled without libgif dependency. Fixed.

I have made up a short-list for Wary 0.7, hope to get through it tonight then upload Wary tomorrow.
