WebM mime type

Mplayer in Wary can play WebM videos, however ROX-Filer does not associate files with extension .webm with a player.

...beware, it is 52MB.

I have added recognition of .webm files to the shared-mime-info package that Woof-built puppies are using (though need to upgrade that pkg soon as it is version 0.70 and latest is 0.90).

I also added .webm handling into /root/Choices/MIME-types, for ROX-Filer.
