libpng 1.2.44 with APNG patch

I have upgraded libpng in Wary from version 1.2.40 to 1.2.44 and applied the APNG patch.

The PETs will be in the next Wary, or can get them from ibiblio (158KB, 334KB):

Hopefully, when I compile SM 2.1, I will be able to configure with external libpng. I notice that SM has now reached 2.1-rc1.
