Woof: build Slacko 5.4

01micko has sent me some files to enable Woof to build Slacko 5.4. Or close to, as Slacko 5.4 used a slightly older version of Woof.

Note, I have sent some questions about the patch to 01micko, and we may be modifying it soon. That is, there will be another commit for the Slacko 5.4 build. Note also, 01micko is on holiday right now, so resolving my questions might take awhile.
