Precise 5.5-alpha1 coming soon

There has been a lot of bug-fixing and many improvements in Woof, plus package upgrades. Enough, I am now building Precise Puppy 5.5-alpha1.

I will upload the latest Woof soon, it is close to the planned "plateau" I think.

I have not yet put in rerwin's network_tray 2.6, which is enhanced with support for Frisbee and extra icons.
At this stage, not planning to include Frisbee PET builtin, but all the infrastructure is now there, so it can be tested.

5.5-alpha1 is using the same old 3.2.29 kernel as before.
