Woof "plateau"

This is the latest Woof, used to build Precise Puppy 5.5alpha1. I intend to only do essential bug-fixes to Woof for awhile, plus update some packages.

I can't say how long we shall stay on this plateau, before the next climb. Hopefully long enough to get Precise 5.5 and some other pups to release status.
