Woof: .desktop files modified

Note to translators!

Woof has some .desktop files, in usr/share/applications. Many of those have translations, in particular for 'de' and 'ru'.
I have removed the translations, as it is not appropriate to have them in Woof.

I also changed some menu categories.

That means, when you run MoManager, you will need to re-translate the menu entries for these .desktop files:
