More scripts internationalized

I have internationalized many scripts, see this Forum thread:

Let's see, I have done these, some in PETs, some in Woof:

L18L: pudd, pplog
robwoj44: pure_ftpd, securetelnetshell, axel, pmirrorget

A note to L18L and others:
When you post code, post it as code, not as a quote. This is very important.

I did reinsert indentation in pplog script, however if code is not posted as a code block, other vital formatting could also be removed.
Therefore I have not processed some other scripts posted to the Forum by L18L.
