Fix for Wallper Setter
Nathan, the author of Grafpup, a fork of Puppy that specialises in graphics apps, is also the author of the Wallpaper Setter found in the 'Desktop' menu in Dingo.I got this great little app out of Grafpup, and Nathan has just contacted me to let me know about a bug when it is used in Puppy. In a certain part of the application it calls 'defaultfilemanager', which Puppy doesn't have -- it had to be changed to a call to ROX-Filer, which I have now done.
