Battery monitor bugfix

Testing 4.00beta1, some people are getting the battery monitor appearing in the tray on their desktop computers, which is not supposed to happen. Forum member kirk has found the solution, posted here:

I have applied this fix to Dingo. I made one tiny change, I named the wrapper 'asapmshell' and left the original executable as 'asapm'.

Note: I fixed /etc/profile so that the Qt version 3 package works in Dingo. Previously it was setup for Qt4 only. Discussion between forum member John Doe and WN2A reminded me of this.
