udev, inotify

I just tested UniPup using udev, works fine.

The problem I had with inotify crashing is now fixed. I am using this to pass messages from the backend daemon 'pup_event_backend_d' to 'pup_event_frontend_d'.

Next I plan to figure out how pass these messages from the 'udevd' daemon to 'pup_event_frontend_d'. It is a matter of figuring out appropriate rules.
