uvcvideo driver

See the previous post. This is the Linux-uvc driver, module uvcvideo.ko. It does not seem to clash with any other driver, so I have put it in.

The related modules that also load for that hardware are:
v4l1-compat, videodev, compat-iotl32 and usbcore.

uvcvideo itself does not have any dependencies, so I am just assuming that the loading of those extra modules does not cause a clash.
