Network Wizard

Dougal has been steadily improving this. I have put the latest, dated August 23rd, into Puppy.

Dougal also created an improved frontend for the desktop 'connect' icon (dated Aug 17). This is a script that resides at /usr/local/apps/Connect. I have also put this into Puppy.
