Xsane and SCSI

Xsane is a bit 'insane' when detecting a SCSI scanner.

I have added a 'SCSI' button to the initial orange dialog box, which loads the 'sg' module then starts xsane.

The dialog box also has some suggestions to work around the insanity of Xsane's autodetection.
