Desktop drive icon improvements

With help from rerwin, who also discovered this bug, we have a fix for a CD/DVD icon remaining on the desktop although the disc is removed. This affects /sbin/clean_desk_icons and /sbin/pup_event_frontend_d scripts.

I have also improved the collision-avoidance code in pup_event_frontend_d, so that drive icons cannot be drawn almost exactly on top of each other.
