DVB-USB firmware

After feedback from tempestuous and linuxcbon, I have included some firmware for DVB-USB devices.

Ok, there is probably a lot of hardware that won't be covered, but perhaps some coverage is better than none, and they are quite small files. The one common factor is that the 'dvb-usb.ko' module is required, so I have created a "firmware tarball" for this module, with these firmware files (in /lib/firmware):

Note that Pup 4.1 should create any devnodes automatically, as this pup uses udevd.
