Pcur mouse cursor selector

Quite a few guys have worked on this, including trio, wow (Pcursor), MU, and spottedzebra (Pcursorsel).

I have written another one, from scratch, script using gtkdialog. I've called it 'Pcur' as Pcursor and Pcursorsel are taken

Mine shows thumbnails for all the available choices at once, in a selection list.

Pcur will be in 4.3beta2, also cursor_themes-1 will be in the official Puppy4 repo -- I think it was pizzasgood who created this collection, and he based it on an earlier collection by MU.

Hi Barry I packaged it up for 2.14X and added/changed some text, well 2.14X has a refresh/fixmenus script, so I added it, all you do now is select a cursor and it sets and changes all at once. works fine :) Thanks for this Barry :)
