Conexant modem drivers

Rerwin (Richard) has done a lot of work in getting the Conexant drivers to compile and making them auto-configure in Puppy. You can find his posts in the forum 4.3beta1 feedback thread.

I have compiled the Conexant 'dgc', 'hcf' and 'hsf' drivers for the 2.6.30.5 kernel, and updated rerwin's firmware tarballs accordingly.

I'm uploading files right now.
