430: Mouse Wizard fixed

The Mouse Wizard showed "USB mouse" selected when the hardware was actually a PS/2 mouse.

Puppy no longer distinguishes between the two. That is, it is now taken care of by the kernel driver.

So, I have merged the radiobutton in the Wizard, now just two radiobuttons "Serial mouse" and "USB or PS/2 mouse (also touchpad)".
