Genie
Huh? You haven't looked very hard, well, you haven't looked at all.
For a start Woof is not written in Genie.
In a running Puppy, choose 'Help' in the menu, open "HOWTO program" page, tells you all about Genie.
Go puppylinux.com/genie, has links to lots of genie code. Search this blog, the forum, heaps of genie code. Web browsers, text editors, etc., etc., written in Genie.
