dir2pet, petspec scripts improved

I have improved these two scripts, to help developers with creating the most appropriate entries in each of the package database fields.

These two scripts are in Woof, to be uploaded soon, but as they are of value to anyone using Puppy 4.3.1 or later, I have posted them on the forum:
