Quirky 018

This is the latest and greatest Quirky, with SeaMonkey 2.0.4, Openbox window manager, Fbpanel tray and 2.6.33.2 kernel. Get it from here:

http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/quirky/quirky-018/

The iso is 102.8MB. It has crept up, mostly because I have put in more Xorg drivers, SeaMonkey 2.0.4 is bigger, and the new kernel has heaps of drivers.

Quirky 018 does have some buglets:

1. Free memory applet in the tray doesn't work right. I'll work on that tomorrow.
2. When I chose the CUPS Wizard entry from the Setup menu, the CUPS GUI did not start. However, when I opened a terminal and typed "cups_shell", it worked. Dunno, this probably has something to do with SM2.
3. Some icons are missing from the top-level menu. I know why this happens, and I thought that I had put in a fix, but obviously not. You can fix it by opening a terminal and run "fixmenus".

Wary pup
I will do another build in a day or two, that I will name "Wary", to distinguish it from Quirky 018. It will be the same except using Xorg 7.3.

Puppy 5.0 reference
My proposal is that whichever of the above two has best compatibility on the widest range of hardware, will be released as an official "reference" Puppy 5.0.

Please report bugs!

Hi Barry came across another really tiny basic search tool, It works pretty well once you set the 2 default settings for rox-filer and default text editor, The bin file is only 13kb http://www.gnomefiles.org/app.php/sgsearch

Re old Quirkies
Quirky 1.0 is actually "100". 018 etc are old alpha/beta releases. 018 is actually 0.1.8.
