Pdict online dictionary improved

In the Document menu there is an entry 'Pdict online dictionary', which runs /usr/sbin/pdict that is a script in Woof and is a GUI frontend for 'dict'.

One problem is that when selected from the menu, there may be a big delay before the GUI appears. I have put in a "Please wait..." message.

Another problem is that if a word is entered for which no dictionary information is found, an empty window is displayed. Now, a failure message is displayed, with suggestions for alternate words.

Why "/usr/sbin" ?
Shouldn't it be in "/usr/bin"?
