Pburn, Pfind, Phash

I have upgraded the 'common' repo to zigbert's Pburn 3.3.7. This is the last version to use gtkdialog3. The previous was 3.3.5.

I have also upgraded zigbert's Pfind, from 4.23 to 4.24.

Jamesbond created a very simple little script for ROX-Filer, that adds an item in the right-click 'Open With...' menu, to calculate the md5sum or sha1sum of a file.
I have added phash-2.pet to the 'common' repo.
