More scripts internationalized

I am working through the scripts that rodin.s has sent me. It is taking awhile as I am editing the Woof scripts line-by-line.

pup_event_frontend_d
I have noticed that lines 151 and 380 of the script pup_event_frontend_d is not gettexted.
Lines with <Label> should be gettexted.
I used: 
grep Label pup_event_frontend_d | grep -v gettext
to check.
