'xlock_gui' translations

The PET package 'xlock_gui' is ancient. It puts the screen-lock icon on the desktop.

When you right-click on it, you get a menu, in English, that is defined by an XML file in the package. I have added fr, ja and ru translations for the XML file, the latter two supplied by shinobar and rodin.s.

The PET package has been uploaded:

Note, this package has a help file which currently only has a fr translation. If anyone want to download this package and add some more translations, they are welcome -- then send it to me.

Re ru-translation
rodin.s,
It is a lot of extra work for me to process individual file translations. Especially when many other language translations come on-stream.

Instead, as from the next build of Racy, from latest Woof, a language maintainer will be able to create a single langpack PET automatically in MoManager, and send that to me.

I anticipate receiving langpack upgrades periodically but not every time a single file is translated.

The next Racy might arrive tomorrow, then try it out, see if it builds a sane langpack.

Re ru-translation again
Yeah, I appreciate that Xlock is a separate PET, not in Woof. So I should add your translation to it sometime. But in the meantime it can be put in the langpack PET.

How does one tell it's a translation or ru?
