Yes, we often have this conflict. Project management can apply to both business and code-development projects. I am placing code-development related apps under Utility.
So, I decided to leave the double-entry as-is.
The Planner PET compiled in Wary also works fine in Precise Puppy, so I have added the PET to the Precise build. It's a very good app to have in the base suite builtin to Puppy.

I do wonder if...
I do wonder if it's time to give development it's own main group and sub-groups instead of having them all apear together as a sub-part of Utilities.
I don't think I am the only one using puppy as a deveopment base.
I have partly done this for qtpuppy, my developers puppy, but there are still points to find and fix and I am not yet ready for it to blossom.
