I recently modified the 'pinstall.sh' script in langpack PETs, reported here:

My mistake.
It was my mistake. I should have replaced TARGETLANG with ru. I didn't noticed that.
Latest langpack is here, but maybe I will update it soon as new apps like precord and defaults chooser are not translated yet.
