Hardinfo internationalised

Rodin.s has internationalised Hardinfo (hardware information app). See Forum:
http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=75004&start=15

He also "fixed" the Puppy version display by disabling it. The official source reads /etc/puppyversion to obtain the version of Puppy Linux, however, that file no longer exists. Besides, the value inside that file wasn't displayed properly anyway in Hardinfo.

I have created PETs, both for x86 and arm (285K, 292K):
http://distro.ibiblio.org/quirky/pet_packages-common/hardinfo-0.5.2pre-20130116git-patched_i18n_pupver.pet
http://distro.ibiblio.org/quirky/arm/pet_packages-armv7/hardinfo-0.5.2pre-20130116git-patched_i18n_pupver-armv7.pet

I have uploaded the original official source (obtained from git via instructions here: http://wiki.hardinfo.org/Downloads), rodin.s' patch, and patched source, to my source repo:
http://bkhome.org/sources/alphabetical/h/
(the usual puppy linux username and password)

Hardinfo .pot file
Note, I also included /usr/share/doc/nls/hardinfo/hardinfo.pot in the PETs. This makes it easier for our translators, as MoManager will see the .pot file in that location.

I have informed the Hardinfo developer, Leandro A. F. Pereira, of rodin.s' patch.

Hardinfo
Kirk and Jamesbond have made some enormous strides in HARDINFO since FATDOG V5. They have somehow enabled the very top 2 lines of HARDINFO such that it shows accurate and current distro and platform information.

I have not seen their improvements in Puppy since I drew attention to them year or 2 ago.

Could the FATDOG version be reviewed for use in 32bit PUPs.

Here to help

Re Hardinfo i18n patch
Leandro responded to my email. Rodin.s's patch is already a pull-request on github, but Leandro has made some requests:

hardinfo patch
Cannot upload it right now. Will do it later. You can use command:
patch -p0 < hardinfo.patch

Current directory should contain hardinfo source directory.
