This is commit '20111014045659'. This version was used to build Wary Puppy 5.2.

The previous upload of Woof was October 5:

There was a blog post recently on how to download a recent snapshot tarball of Woof and use that as the reference to download Woof changes since then, without the full history:
http://bkhome.org/archive/blog2/201105/bones-022.html

I have uploaded a snapshot tarball of commit '20111014045659'. This can be downloaded by itself, but it is recommended to also download the Bones infrastructure as described in above link. Get tarball:

To download and use Woof, please read the Bones intro page:

Squashfs with LZO

Barry, could you add support for LZO compression in Woof? It requires a new mksquashfs4.2 compiled against a static liblzo and a tiny change in 3builddistro. It's great for testing, since LZO compression is very fast. You can build an ISO in 5 minutes and test it. If it's any good, you can make a final one with '-comp xz -Xbcj x86' for minimum size. It's a great time saver.

"Iguleder, I don't understand, it has xz compression, which 3builddistro recognizes. According to 'mksquashfs4 --help', this '-comp xz -Xbcj x86' is available. The squashfs 4.2 package is in the 'common' repo. Rob, I don't remember. It really is up to you to have a go at getting Wary installed on any particular hardware. Wary is well suited to older i486 and i586 class x86 systems. With this Wary, even the Mplayer media player should work on a i486 system.
