Autoconnect icon, HotPup bugfix

Forum member prit1 reported that the 'Autoconnect to wireless network' entry in the Network menu was missing an icon in 4.00beta. Fixed.

Prit1 also reported that when he tried to change the position of the HotPup icons, there was a message that it had failed, when in fact it had not.
I also found that changing the selection of which icons to display failed.

The bug was caused by a slightly different layout in /root/.xinitrc to that expected by the /etc/HotPup/HotpupSettings script. Fixed.
